In order to improve the machining efficiency, it is necessary to complete the multi-process centralized machining of complex parts in one-time clamping, and gradually weaken the boundaries of traditional milling, drilling, reaming, expanding and other different cutting processes. This is the current way to improve the machining efficiency. Moreover, the dimension of the extruded roller surface of the surface grinder is the same as that of the part surface. There is a straight groove with unequal radial distance around the wheel. The groove width is 1.5-2.5mm, and the depth should exceed the low point of the forming part by 2.5 mm. The groove is mainly composed of cutting edges, and can accommodate the sand particles squeezed down. The material and the middle line of the extrusion wheel are oblique angles of 10_~15_, and the iron sheets are embedded in 1-2 straight grooves. After the extrusion finishing, the iron sheets are also processed and formed. The iron sheets can be used to inspect the grinding profile and form the grinding wheel or the reverse roller.
